Dans un contrat signé avec une société allemande, il est indiqué que l'article §§631 ff.BGB s'appliquera à défaut de dispositions contractuelles contraire.

J'aimerai comprendre ce qu'il est dit dans cet article.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait me donner la traduction de cet article qui dispose, en allemand:

§ 631 Vertragstypische Pflichten beim Werkvertrag
(1) Durch den Werkvertrag wird der Unternehmer zur Herstellung des versprochenen Werkes, der Besteller zur Entrichtung der vereinbarten Vergütung verpflichtet.
(2) Gegenstand des Werkvertrags kann sowohl die Herstellung oder Veränderung einer Sache als auch ein anderer durch Arbeit oder Dienstleistung herbeizuführender Erfolg sein.

(1)By a contract to produce a work, a contractor is obliged to produce the promised work and the customer is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration.

(2)The subject matter of a contract to produce a work may be either the production or alteration of a thing or another result to be achieved by work or by a service.

Bonjour, j'attire votre attention sur le fait qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un seul article. §§ 631 ff. BGB signifie en langage juridique allemand, les paragraphes 631 et suivant du BGB ( en plus précis 631 - 651 ). Ce sont les dispositions allemandes portant sur le droit commun des contrats d'entreprise. Sur le paragraphe 631 BGB, il définit les obligations caractéristiques du contrat d'entreprise.
