Provide legal services to BNP Paribas in APAC
1. Act as the main point of contact for Regulatory Watch in APAC. This includes performing regulatory watch tasks in accordance with regulatory watch procedures, liaise with Head Office and with local jurisdictions on regulatory watch matters. The person in charge of this role must ensure that committees are prepared and minuted. The person in charge of the role will also be expected to maintain the existing knowledge sharing tools developed by the team.
2. Provide support to senior lawyers of the LARA team on advisory matters. This may include research, helping with the drafting of memos, helping in the collecting information.
3. Provide support to product lawyers and Business in addressing ad hoc queries on regulations, under the supervision of a senior regulatory lawyer.
4. Provide support in the coordination of regulatory projects. Act as a project manager for regulatory projects, under the supervision of a senior regulatory lawyer or the manager.
5. Develop materials for regulatory training and develop the knowledge management tools within the team.
